In September 2026, TÖR’RE Astana, Trademark Collection by Wyndham will celebrate two years since its relaunch — an important milestone for a hotel that did more than simply change its name: it began a new chapter in its history.
The complex itself opened in 2021 and became Kazakhstan’s first large-scale apartment hotel. It introduced a new hospitality concept to the capital: fully equipped apartments with kitchens and space for extended stays, combined with traditional hotel services. The development brought together 368 apartments, business facilities, restaurants, coffee shops, and leisure amenities.
The concept proved popular from its very first years. According to data from the former management company, the property achieved an occupancy rate of 81.5% in 2023 and approximately 85% in the first half of 2024. These figures were considerably higher than the average occupancy rate among hotels of a comparable category in Astana.
In the summer of 2024, the previous chapter in the hotel’s development came to an end. Management of the property was transferred to the Kazakhstani company TÖR’RE, and on 1 September, it reopened its doors under the name TÖR’RE Astana. The relaunch enabled the team to preserve the strengths of the apartment-hotel concept while developing its own vision of modern Kazakhstani hospitality.
The next major milestone was joining Trademark Collection by Wyndham — an international collection of distinctive independent hotels. Today, TÖR’RE Astana is featured on the official Wyndham Hotels & Resorts platform, combining the individual character of a local brand with international service standards.
Behind the renewed name, the hotel’s central idea has remained unchanged: to provide guests with more space, freedom, and the comforts of home. The apartments are equipped with kitchenettes and are suitable for both short visits and extended stays. Its convenient location near the Botanical Garden, business districts, the EXPO Exhibition Centre, and the city’s main attractions makes the hotel a natural choice for tourists, families, and business travellers.
As it approaches the second anniversary of its relaunch, TÖR’RE Astana, Trademark Collection by Wyndham continues to strengthen its position. In 2026, the hotel was nominated for a World Travel Award in the Kazakhstan’s Leading Serviced Apartments category — recognition that highlights both the project’s potential and the work accomplished by its team.
